WARRANT EXECUTED IN RAMARA TOWNSHIP

(ORILLIA, ON) – On September 26, 2014 at approximately 3:15 p.m., members of the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crime Unit in conjunction with the OPP Drug Enforcement Section (DES), Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) Emergency Response Team (ERT), Canine Unit and members of the Orillia OPP executed a warrant at an address on Monck Road in Ramara Township.

During the execution of the warrant, 121 marihuana plants, dried marihuana, production paraphernalia and trafficking paraphernalia were seized. The plants were found inside and outside the residence.

Timothy POOLE, 53 years old of Ramara Township, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Production of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Cannabis Resin and Production of Cannabis Resin.

Mary Anne POOLE, 51 years old of Ramara Township, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana, Production of Cannabis Marihuana, Possession for the purpose of trafficking Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Cannabis Resin and Production of Cannabis Resin.

Christine POOLE, 33 years old of Springwater Township, was arrested at the scene and has been charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana and Production of Cannabis Marihuana.

Each party was released on their own Promise to Appear with a court date in Orillia on November 18, 2014.
