Driver Arrested In Teeswater

 (TEESWATER, ON) – On May 11, 2024, at 3:42 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Clinton Street, Teeswater in the Municipality of South Bruce noticed a vehicle driver known to police. The driver was found to be operating a motor vehicle while his licence was prohibited under the Criminal Code. 

A 29-year-old resident of South Bruce was charged with two counts of operation while prohibited, and two counts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended licence under the highway traffic act.

The driver was arrested and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date. The vehicle was immediately impounded for 45 days.
