(TWP OF GEORGIAN BAY, ON) The Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a drug warrant on “Legacy 420 Dispensary” near the Township of Georgian Bay. Three males have been charged for trafficking Marihuana.
On July 22, 2016 the Bracebridge OPP, Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), and Muskoka Vice attended the business and executed a drug warrant. A large quantity of cannabis marihuana and cannabis marihuana resin was seized.
The three males were identified as 49-year-old Edward SCOTT, 22-year-old Sean SIMMONS, and 58 year old Calvin WHITE. They were all charged with
CDSA- Poss of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking -over 3 kg
CDSA -Poss of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking -under 3 kg
The three accused males are to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on September 27, 2016 to answer to their charges.
