(PEMBROKE, ON) – On the 22nd of July the Upper Ottawa Valley detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision on Pembroke St. East in the City of Pembroke.
As a result of the investigation 46 year old Afshin Shayanpour of Ottawa has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle, contrary to the Criminal Code.
