Methamphetamine Drug Bust: Three Charged

(PARRY SOUND, ON) On December 3, 2014 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB), North Bay Drug Unit supported by OPP West Parry Sound Detachment, executed a search warrant at a residence in Parry Sound.

As a result of this investigation 103 grams of methamphetamine, 9 grams of cocaine, 719 grams of marihuana and $3,900 cash was seized. Three adults were arrested and charged.

Colton NEELY, age 21, of Parry Sound

Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purposes of Trafficking – 3 Counts

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – 1 Count

He was held in custody pending a bail hearing on December 8, 2014.

Joseph WALSH, age 20, of McKellar

Possession of a Controlled Substance – 2 Counts

Fail to Comply with Probation Order – 1 Count

Fail to Comply with Recognizance – 1 Count

He was held in custody pending a bail hearing on December 8, 2014.

Luke BYE, age 34, of Parry Sound

Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purposes of Trafficking – 1 Count

Possession of a Controlled Substance – 1 Count

He was released from custody on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on January 8, 2015.
