(North Dundas) – On December 4, 2014 at approximately 12:21pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a residence on County Road 9, following a report of an adult female in breach of a condition (remain at residence) imposed from a previous incident.
Tanya SMITH (41) of North Dundas was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Condition of a Recognizance
She was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
