James RANGER – Trafficking

(GOGAMA, ON) – On July 20, 2016 at 1:43 p.m., the Gogama Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 144 in St-Louis Township, south of Gogama.

The investigation led to a seizure in excess of 2 pounds of Cannabis Marihuana with an estimated street value of $10,000.00.

The driver, James RANGER, 34, of Sudbury stands charged with Possession of Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Under 3kg, contrary to section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with Undertaking. He is scheduled to appear in Timmins Criminal court on September 20, 2016.
