(BLIND RIVER, ON) – On Jan 31, 2016, members of the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were on regular patrol duties on Highway 17 near the town of Blind River. At 2:32 p.m., police observed an eastbound vehicle on Highway 17. A traffic stop was initiated. The investigation revealed the driver was suspended.
Marc GAUDREAULT, 37 years of age, from North Bay, Ontario was charged with: Drive While Under Suspension (X2), contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused is schedule to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice In Blind River on March 23, 2016.
OPP CHARGE SUSPENDED DRIVER

At 4:32 p.m., police observed an eastbound vehicle on Highway 17. A traffic stop was initiated. The investigation revealed the driver was suspended.
James GAGNE, 34 years of age, from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was charged with: Drive While Under Suspension (X2), contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused is schedule to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice In Blind River on March 23, 2016.
