(THESSALON, ON) – On February 1, 2016, at 5:53 a.m., members from the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call of a disturbance at a residence on Lorne Street.
The occupant of the residence requested police remove an unwanted female. Police observed the unwanted female to be intoxicated.
Tamara GOODMURPHY, 18 years old, of Thessalon was charged and issued a Provincial Offence Notice for: Person Under 19 Consuming Liquor, contrary to section 30(8) of the Liquor Licence Act.
The accused was removed from the property.
