(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle and investigated the driver shortly before 2:30am early Saturday morning.
The operator of the vehicle was found to have been drinking. Samson SALAGALA (age 48) of Peterborough, ON was arrested and charged with:
Drive vehicle with more than 80mg in 100ml of blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario on November 17, 2016.
