(MARATHON ON) -On Thursday August 01, 2013 an officer from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Marathon detachment stopped a vehicle on Highway 17 in Brothers Township for speeding and upon speaking to the driver detected an odour of alcohol on the driver’s breath.
Police demanded a roadside breath sample and the driver registered a fail. The driver was arrested and returned to the Marathon OPP detachment for further breath samples.
Mihovil JAKOVLJEVIC, 45, from Thunder Bay ON was charged with Over 80, Speeding and other provincial statutes and was released from custody with a court date of October 09, 2013 in Marathon ON.
