Mark DAVIES – Drive While Suspended, Careless Driving

(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST GREY, ON) – On October 13, 2016 at approximately 5:24 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a grey Jeep Liberty vehicle on Hwy. 6 near Rocky Church Rd. in the Municipality of West Grey as a result of a traffic complaint from a motorist reporting that the suspect vehicle was being driven erratically northbound on Hwy. 6.

The driver of the vehicle, who had been drinking alcohol, was served a 3-day driver’s licence suspension after breath tests conducted registered in the “warn range”. He was also found to be suspended from driving for unpaid fines. The vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

Mark DAVIES, age 34, of Cambridge, Ontario was issued three – Part III Summonses for the following offences: Driving Under Suspension (x2) and Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act.

He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on November 28, 2016.
