(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 34-year-old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a Water Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Friday, April 29, 2016 at approximately 7:42 a.m., police responded to the address after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through the course of investigation it has been determined that a male became involved in a verbal altercation which turned into a physical confrontation with another male resulting in minor injuries.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 34-year-old Joseph Michael KABALAN of Norfolk County, Ontario with robbery with theft and fail to comply with probation order.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
