(Renfrew, Ontario) – On September 16, 2016 members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Emergency Response Team (ERT), Tactical Rescue Unit (TRU) and Renfrew OPP Detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a residence on Oak Crescent in Renfrew ON. Police located a small amount of cocaine and 6 ounces of marihuana. Paraphernalia indicative of drug trafficking was also seized.
Joseph REDPATH (24) of Renfrew ON was arrested and charged with the following:
Possession of Controlled Scheduled I Substance
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking of Controlled Scheduled II substance
Failing to Comply with Undertaking
REDPATH was released on a Promise to Appear in Court and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, Renfrew Ontario October 26th, 2016.
