Jorden SLOTA – Over 80

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) -Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called advising of an impaired driver that was in the area of Colborne Street West in the County of Brant at approximately 2:50 a.m. on 01 April 2017.

OPP officers attended the area and located the vehicle on Colborne Street West in the County of Brant. During the investigation officers determined that the driver of the 2005 grey Pontiac Grand Prix was impaired by alcohol.

Police have charged 37-year-old Jorden SLOTA of Oxford County with Care and Control of a motor vehicle with blood alcohol over 80 mgs contrary to section 253 (1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges. . If convicted, the offender will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time, and a driving prohibition.
