(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On February 2, 2016 at approximately 11:40 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop at Concession Street East and Tillson Avenue in Tillsonburg.
As a result of investigation, the 36-year-old male, Jack ANDERSON of Tillsonburg was charged with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle – Criminal Code (CC)
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood – CC
Driving While Under Suspension – Highway Traffic Act (HTA)
Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit – HTA
Fail to Properly affix evidence of temporary validation – HTA O.Reg
Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor – Liquor Licence Act
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on March 15, 2016.
