Gang Arrested For Crime Spree – POOLE, MILES, BELLOM, TRIMBLE and 17 Year Old

(Peterborough County, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called after a group of 4 young adults and 1 youth caused damage at two separate residences and a vehicle yesterday just after 3:00pm.

The group first attended an address in Norwood and smashed the front door. They drove to a second address in the Norwood area and damaged a vehicle in the laneway and attempted to light a fire in the garage area. The group attended the Tim Horton’s in Havelock and an employee was threatened. OPP members stopped the vehicle on Highway 7; a prohibited weapon was also discovered inside the vehicle. All of the occupants were taken into police custody:

Mischief under $5000 (two counts)

Arson

Possession of a Prohibited weapon

Careless storage of a firearm

Uttering threats (two counts)

Possession of a firearm while prohibited (6 counts)

Fail to comply with probation order

Brandon BELLOMO (age 19) of Peterborough is charged with:

Mischief under $5000

Possession of a prohibited weapon

Careless storage of a firearm

Possession of a fire arm while prohibited (two counts)

Emma POOLE (age 20) of Asphodel-Norwood is charged with:

Possession of a prohibited weapon

Careless storage of a firearm

Miranda TRIMBLE (age 27) of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen is charged with:

Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood

Possession of a prohibited weapon

A 17 year old female youth of no fixed address is charged with:
