(BANCROFT, ON) – In the early afternoon of the 16th of October, 2016 officers of the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to motor vehicle collision between a car and an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on Boulter Road in Carlow-Mayo Township.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the drivers of the vehicles, and determined that the driver of the ATV suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of the collision.
As a result of the investigation, David PARKS, 58 years of Carlow-Mayo Township is charged with Attempt to Pass – Roadway Not Clear – Overtaking Traffic, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
