(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – On August 16, 2014 at approximately 9:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers spoke with a female walking along James Street, Palmerston. During the conversation, officers discovered and seized suspected marihuana and methamphetamine.
Amber LIGHTFOOT age 35 of Stratford has been charged with;
Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams- contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.)
Possession of Methamphetamine-C.D.S.A.
She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 16, 2014 to answer to the charges.
