(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On October 30, 2015 at approximately 12:14 p.m. the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a two vehicle collision on Isthmus Bay Road, in the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
A white 2013 Honda Civic was driving northbound on Isthmus Bay Road and signalled to turn left into a laneway, when a blue 2002 Volkswagen Passat collided into the driver’s side door. No injuries were sustained to either driver.
The driver of the blue 2002 Volkswagen Passat, a 67-year-old female from the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula, has been charged with Fail to Turn Out to Left to Avoid Collision, section 148 (5) of the Ontario Highway Traffic Act.
