( NAPANEE, ONTARIO)- On November 4, 2016 at 1:55am the Napanee Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for speeding on Highway 401 just east of Palace Rd in Napnaee. When officers approached the vehicle they could smell a heavy odour of marijuana coming from the vehicle. 15g of cannabis marihuana was seized from the lone male driver.
23 year old Abdallah MOHAMMEDI of Montreal was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance. He was released on a Recognizance and scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on December 13, 2016 at 9:30 am.
