(PERTH COUNTY, ON) As a result of a Perth County OPP investigation following the drive-off theft of gas in Listowel on Tuesday October 18, 2011, charges have been laid on 3 males.
Michael Clarkson (23) of Minto Twp. has been charged with possession of methamphetamines, possession of cannabis marihuana and with possession of break-in instruments. He is to appear in Stratford Court on November 09, 2011 to answer to these charges.
Kyle Moore (26) of no fixed address has been charged with possession of methamphetamines, theft under $5000, escape lawful custody, possession of break-in instruments and obstruct / resist peace officer. He is being held in custody and is to appear in Stratford Bail Court on October 20, 2011.
Shane Sutherland (26) of the Municipality of North Perth, has been charged with possession of break-in instruments, escape lawful custody and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000. He has been released on a Promise to Appear and is to attend Stratford Court on November 28, 2011 to answer to these charges.
