(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On May 8, 2016 at 1:23 a.m., the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on 6 Highway and Bruce Road 9, in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
A 39-year-old driver from South Bruce Peninsula was charged for driving while under suspension, contrary to the Ontario Highway Traffic Act, section 53 (1). His vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days. He is scheduled to appear before the Owen Sound Court of Justice on June 20, 2016 to answer to the charge.
