On October 20, 2016 at 3:25 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police were called to a report of a robbery at the Hasty Market convenience store, located at 11 Westwood Drive in Kitchener. A man went behind the counter and stole cash from the store. No weapons were seen during the robbery and the female clerk was not injured. The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash towards Westwood Drive and Westmount Road West. The suspect is described as a black man, 510-6 tall
