On May 16, 2009 between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, 2 residents from Brussels left their home to visit with friends. The house was left locked, the lights were on and their vehicles were in the driveway. Despite all that, unknown person(s) broke into the home and stole a large quantity of goods. The items include:

A purse, a pair of 7” sterling silver candlesticks stamped with an anchor, a 5” high silver Carriage clock stamped with 3 bundles of corn, a 4” high sterling silver milk jug and 3” high sugar bowl stamped with a leopard’s head, Canadian and US currency. The value of the missing items is estimated to be over $15,000.
