(MAPLETON TOWNSHIP, ON) – December 2, 2012 at approximately 3:00pm, a County of Wellington OPP officer stopped a vehicle for speeding on County Road 11 in Mapleton Township. The male driver of the 2001 BMW showed signs of alcohol consumption, and was administered a Roadside Screening Device test, which resulted in a fail being registered.
Jason Ouellette, age 33 of Drayton has been charged with Over 80mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on December 21, 2012 to answer to the charge.
