(South Huron, ON) On July 18, 2009 between 5:45 am and 6:30 am a 2002 gold Dodge Ram pickup truck was involved in a collision on Main Street North in Exeter. The collision broke a fire hydrant. It would appear that liquor may have been a factor in the collision. The driver fled the scene.
