The Guelph Police drug unit began an investigation in November 2013 on individuals trafficking drugs within the city. On December 3, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. a male and female were arrested. A quantity of cash and cocaine was seized subsequent to the arrests. A C.D.S.A. search warrant was then executed at a Paisley Road home. Another male and female were arrested in the home. Police also located quantities of cocaine, heroin, marihuana, methamphetamine, oxycodone and morphine.
A 42-year-old Guelph man and a 42-year-old Guelph female have been charged with 12 counts of possession for the purpose. They have been held in custody and will both appear in bail court on December 4, 2013.
Sara Lee RICHARDS, 50 years of Guelph and Eugene PRICE, 51 years of Guelph have been charged with 5 counts of possession for the purpose. They will both appear in court on January 17, 2014.
