Ditched BMW Leads To Impaired Charge For 22 Year Old

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON)– Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Muir Road north on November 27 2016 at approximately 2:45 a.m.

County of Brant OPP responded and determined through investigation that the involved vehicle a silver 2006 BMW 330i had lost control and went into a ditch on Muir Road.

OPP investigators have charged 22-year-old Ashley BILODEAU of the City of St Catharines with Care and Control while ability impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada:

She will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to his charges. If convicted, the offender will be subject to the Criminal Code penalties, including a fine or jail time, and a driving prohibition.
