Dhaneshwar Misir – Failure to Provide Breath Sample

(KINCARDINE, ON.) – The South Bruce OPP is reporting at 2:30 am, on September 5, 2009, a vehicle stop on Durham Street East in Walkerton revealed the driver had been drinking alcohol. 32 year old Dhaneshwar Misir of Hanover is charged with Failing to Provide a Breath Sample. Misir will appear in Provincial Court on November 2nd, 2009 to answer to the charge.

The South Bruce OPP has a zero tolerance for mixing alcohol and driving. Motorists are reminded of the penalties stemming from drinking and driving including an immediate drivers licence suspension and the vehicle is towed from the scene at your expense. A first time offender is subject to a fine of $600, an additional 1 year driver’s licence suspension and reinstatement fees through the Ministry.
