At a Special Meeting held on December 21, 2015, the Municipality of Brockton has appointed a Chief Administrative Officer – Clerk to oversee the functions of the Municipality and its departments effective January 1, 2016. A further appointment of a Chief Financial Officer was made at the same meeting. Brockton Council is pleased to announce that the current Clerk Debra Roth has been appointed to the position of CAO-Clerk effective January 1, 2016 and current Deputy Treasurer, Trish Baglole has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer effective February 1, 2016.
Following the retirement of Acting CAO/CFO Mark Gaynor in January, 2016, Council felt strongly that the positions needed to be filled immediately to ensure stability for the operations of Municipality of Brockton and were unanimous in their support of the appointments.
