(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Thursday evening July 17, 2014, members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) property crimes unit executed a search warrant on a Trafalgar Street residence in Mitchell.
As a result of the execution of the warrant, police seized stolen property in the residence. The combined street value of the stolen property is estimated to be in excess of $10,000
They also seized a quantity of suspected drugs, including: Cannabis Marihuana, Cannabis Resin, Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and Hydromorphone. The estimated combined street value of these drugs is $20,000 Officers also seized offence related property including approximately $2,000 in Canadian currency and drug related paraphernalia.
The following individuals have been arrested in relation to this warrant:
Brandon BLAKE (22 year old male) from the Municipality of North Perth
Andrew BRODHAGEN (26 year old male) from the Municipality of West Perth
Jeffery BRUNNER (40 year old male) from the Municipality of West Perth
Haleigh GEIGER (23 year old female) from the Municipality of West Perth
Jane MACNEIL (50 year old female) from the Municipality of West Perth
David STOLL (49 year old male) no fixed address
Danial TURNER (41 year old male) from the Municipality of West Perth
All seven individuals face the following charge, “possession of property obtained by crime†contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC).
They also face the following charges under schedules of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA); “possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamineâ€, “possession of a controlled substance, cocaineâ€, “possession of a controlled substance, hydromorphoneâ€, “possession of a controlled substance, cannabis resinâ€, and “possession of a controlled substance, cannabis marihuanaâ€.
In addition:
Jeffery BRUNNER has been charged with “possession for the purpose of trafficking, methamphetamine†contrary to the CDSA.
David STOLL has been charged with “breach of recognizance†contrary to the CCC, and “possession for the purpose of trafficking, cannabis marihuana†as well as “possession for the purpose of trafficking, methamphetamine†contrary to the CDSA. Andrew BRODHAGEN has been charged with “breach of probation†contrary to the CCC.
Danial TURNER has been charged with “possession of a prohibited weaponâ€, and “breach of probation†contrary to the CCC.
All seven accused have been given court dates for August 2014, when they are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford to answer to their charges.
