$30,000 Break And Enter In Grand Bend

(LAMBTON, ON) – On Saturday November 19th, 2016, the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to an address on Greenway Road, Grand Bend, ON. regarding a break, enter and theft.

At just after 2:30 p.m., the Lambton County OPP responded to a residence located in the 10000 block of Greenway Road, Grand Bend. Upon arrival, police were informed by the victim that at some time during the day, unknown person(s) entered into the residence through a side door. Once inside, several items were stolen that include various pieces of jewellery, electronics and cash which has an estimated total value of approximately $30,000.

The Ontario Provincial Police Forensic Identification Unit was requested and did attend to assist with the investigation.

The Lambton OPP is asking that if anyone has any information regarding the person(s) responsible for this break, enter and theft or the location of the items stolen, to contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or (519) 882-1011, or their nearest police authority.
