(South Huron, ON) On March 27, 2010 at approximately 3:30 am, residents of a Wellington Court residence in South Huron heard a loud bang from outside their residence. When they looked out, they observed a male on their property beside their parked vehicle. The residents called out to the male who fled. The residents then located a broken windshield and dents on their vehicle. Huron OPP officers were called and patrolled for a person fitting the description provided by the victims. The male was located and after being questioned by police, admitted to his involvement with the mischief.
As a result of the investigation, Luke KENNEDY (18) of South Huron will be facing one count of Mischief Under $5,000 in the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on May 20, 2010. LP10075690
