Homicide – Eric Jerome SMOKE Wanted By Police – Do Not Approach

(SIX NATIONS OF THE GRAND RIVER TERRITORY, ON) – Members of West Region Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Units, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB), are assisting Six Nations Police Service and are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted individual in connection with the homicide of 27-year old Andrew DAVIS of Six Nations of the Grand River Territory.

The Six Nations Police Service currently holds an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Eric Jerome SMOKE. It is believed that he will be heading towards the Hamilton, Ontario area. His whereabouts are currently unknown.

The suspect is described as an indigenous male, 5’11, 148 pounds, black hair, brown eyes and gold teeth. He has a “SMOKE” banner tattoo around a skull and rose on his left arm. 

No attempt should be made to approach this suspect as he is considered to be possibly armed and dangerous. If observed, members of the public should contact police by immediately dialing 9-1-1 or their nearest police authority. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) where you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
