(Innisfil, ON) On Sunday, June 5, 2016, around 3:20 a.m., a South Simcoe Police constable was patrolling Innisfil Beach Road when she discovered a car in the ditch at 20 Sideroad. She spoke to the driver and made a demand for a roadside screening device test after she smelled alcohol on his breath. The result of the test was a FAIL and after further testing at the station, a 27 year old Stroud man was charged with Drive Over 80 mgs. His licence has been suspended for 90 days and his car impounded.
