Wingham Police Officer Caught On Video Violating Oath And Expelling Three Peaceful Citizens From Town Hall At Vincent’s Command

Neil vincent is using the Wingham police department to silence and control those believed to be political rivals or critical of council, a clear violation of section 46 of the Police Act, “No municipal police officer shall engage in political activity”.

At the 02Aug2016 council meeting three members of the Public/Press Gallery were forced to leave under threat of arrest/criminal charges despite breaking no laws. Thanks to Wingham Cop Watch we have some of that video.

Wingham Cop Watch Kicked Out Of Town Hall For Recording Police Violating Rights

Wingham Police Future Crime Division Under Direct Command Of Neil Vincent

Our Supreme Leader Neil Vincent read 30.1 of their procedural bylaw which states that the Public and Press are not allowed to “use” any recording devices during meetings. Constable Verhaeghe of Wingham Police heard the bylaw and was fully aware there was no violation of the procedural bylaw, as the camera was powered down and not being used. Constable Verhaeghe touched/molested/inspected the camera without consent and confirmed it was not on.

NOTE: Only the Public and Press are “not allowed” to use digital recording devices during meetings. Council, town staff and police are allowed to record during the meeting. There were approximately 13 people in the room that were allowed to record, as council, staff and the police are allowed to record. There were only 5 people in the room that were not allowed to record as they were in the Public/Press Gallery, three of them were escorted out.

Constable Verhaeghe was very eager to escort people out, even after it was proven no laws were broken. The officer even acknowledged the Right to have a camera in the Public/Press Gallery, and that the meeting was in adjournment and therefore 30.1 of their procedural bylaw wasn’t currently in effect/enforceable.

There can be zero doubt that the three expulsions at the 02Aug2016 meeting were politically motivated, as no laws were being broken.

Three people were escorted out of the 02Aug meeting under threat of arrest even though no laws were broken.
