As WFP accurately predicted the Wingham Police have shown up to the last two council meetings and escorted peaceful and quiet members of the Public/Press Gallery out of the building, despite the fact they broke no laws or bylaws. This was done under the direct command our Great Oppressor neil vincent. It seems that the Chief of Police is no longer in charge of his troops and that the Great Oppressor neil vincent is in full command of the 7 man army (Wingham Police).
The Great Oppressor neil vincent is expected to order the arrest of the Public/Press Gallery at the 22Aug2016 council meeting. The 7 man army is expected to ignore their oath and blindly obey The Great Oppressor vincent and violate the Rights of anyone at his command.
They abuse and neglect our children at day camps, don’t allow our children to use the pool on summer weekends, make our kids walk in the streets to get to school in the winter, and have literally left Wingham to rot and collapse in upon itself while they line their pockets. This needs to come to an end.
