(WAWA, ON) – On November 20, 2014 at 2:00 pm officers from the Superior East Wawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a Break and Enter in progress incident to a local residence.
Investigation led to the arrest of a 17 year old youth.
The accused stands charged with the following offences,
– One count of Break and Enter contrary to section 348 (1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
– One count of Mischief Under contrary to section 430 (4) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
– One Breach of Undertaking Entered by an officer in charge contrary to section 145(5.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The youth was held for a Bail Hearing in Sault Ste Marie Ontario on Friday November 21, 2014.
