(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 49 year old male with two (2) provincial charges following a traffic stop at a Main Street, Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Sunday January 17th, 2016 at approximately 12:44pm, members of the Haldimand County OPP stopped a motor vehicle on Main Street, for a Highway Traffic Act check.
As a result of the investigation the driver of the vehicle identified as 49 year old William ELLIOTT of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with driving while under suspension, and operate a motor vehicle without insurance. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
