(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 79-year-old male after police investigated a single motor vehicle collision at a Donly Drive South, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, January 18, 2016 at approximately 1:14 p.m., police were called to a single motor vehicle collision at a Donly Drive South address.
Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a vehicle was travelling southbound on Donly Drive South when it left the roadway and entered the east side of the roadway striking a hydro pole. The driver did not suffer any injuries
As a result of investigation, police have charged 79-year-old Eric LOMAX of Norfolk County, Ontario with Careless Driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
