(Hwy# 62 Madoc Twp) – On December 1, 2013 at 5:26pm Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a two vehicle collision on Highway #62 just north of Highway #7 in Madoc Township. A southbound vehicle towing a homemade trailer lost control and crossed the centre line striking a northbound vehicle. The northbound vehicle then entered the east ditch and struck a rock cut. The homemade trailer came off the southbound vehicle and went into the ditch. Three people were transported by ambulance to hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.
