(RUSSELL COUNTY, ON) In the week of April 13, 2015 to April 20, 2015, Russell County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to 246 occurrences. Among those occurrences OPP responded to 11 collisions, 4 thefts and 7 domestics.
As a result of those occurrences, 48 people were charged with various offences.
Assault
(Rockland, ON) On April 13, 2015 OPP Constables responded to domestic related incident on Dianne Street in Rockland. At that location a female reported she was assaulted by her husband while having an argument. The officers investigated the complaint and concluded that an offence had taken place.
A 41 year old male, from Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on May 6, 2015 to answer to the following charge:

(Casselman, ON) On April 14 2015 OPP Constables responded to domestic related incident on Principale Street in Casselman. At that location a witness reported seeing a male and female arguing in front of their house. It was reported that the female kept
assaulting the male. Officers attended location and investigated the complaint. They concluded that the female had committed an offence.
A 21 year old female, from Casselman will have to appear in L’Orignal court on April 29, 2015 to answer to the following charge:

Threats
(Rockland, ON) On April 15, 2015 OPP Constables responded to a threatening incident on Riviera Terrace Street in Rockland. At that location a female reported receiving several phone messages from her ex-partner. Some messages were threats towards her. The officers investigated the complaint and concluded that offences were committed.
A 25 year old male, from Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on April 29, 2015 to answer to the following charges:
CC 279(2) Forcible Confinement
CC 266 Assault
CC 264.1(1)(a) Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm-Spousal
CC 264(2)(b) Criminal Harassment – repeatedly communicate
Drugs
(Russell, ON) On April 16, 2015 OPP Constables responded to a drug complaint at St-Thomas Aquinas High School in Russell. At that location school officials reported that a student was found with illegal drugs on school property. The officer investigated the complaint and concluded that the young male had committed and offence.
A 17 year old young person from Alfred-Plantagenet will have to appear in L’Orignal youth court on May 6, 2015 to answer to the following charge:
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule III Substance

(Rockland, ON) On April 18, 2015 OPP Constable responded to a domestic related incident on Sylvain Street in Rockland. At that location a female reported having been assaulted and reported some property was damaged. The officers investigated the complaint and concluded that a male had committed some offences.
A 45 year old male, from Clarence-Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on May 6, 2015 to answer to the following offences.

(Casselman, ON) On April 19, 2015 OPP constable responded to a mischief complaint on Laval Street in Casselman. At that location it was reported that a male had broken a window on an apartment building. The officers investigated the complaint and concluded that a male had committed an offence.
Etienne LEGAULT, 33 years old from Casselman will have to appear in L’Orignal court on May 13, 2015 to answer to the following charge:
