(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Saturday February 11th, 2017, at approximately 10:50am officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received information about a possible impaired driver.
Police located the motor vehicle being driven on Trenton Trailer Park Road near 2nd Dug Hill Road. Officer arrested a 54 year old male after it determined his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
Terry Douglas VIDETO, 54, of Quinte West has been charged with:
Care and Control Over 80mgs, Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
Driving while under suspension, Highway Traffic Act 53(1) x 2
Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor, Liquor Licence Act 32(1)
The male was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice Belleville on March 2nd, 2017.
