(South Glengarry) – As a result of a sexual assault investigation conducted by members of the Stormont Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police, assisted by the SD&G OPP Crime Unit, a 32yr old male resident of North Grenville was arrested on August 3, 2015.
The 47yr old male resident of North Grenville faces charges of:
– Sexual Assault
– Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age
– Abduction of Person under 14 – Take or entice
The above charges are in relation to incidents involving a young girl.
The male was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court. The name of the accused is being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.

The 77yr old male resident of South Glengarry faces charges of:
– Sexual Assault
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in September 2, 2015. The name of the accused is being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.
IMPAIRED DRIVER
(South Dundas) – On August 6, 2015 at approximately 2:48pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on County Road 8, South Dundas Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Donald WILLIAMS (51) of South Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood
– Driving a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on September 1, 2015.
