(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On July 30, 2015 members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a 911 call in Seguin Township.
Investigation revealed that the couple were at their residence and they were arguing. The argument escalated to where the male allegedly assaulted the female and threatened her.
A 43 year old male was arrested and charged with:
· Spousal assault contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).
· Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm contrary to the CC.
The male was held in custody and appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound.
