On Sunday June 29th, 2014 at approximately 9:00am, Peterborough County OPP was conducting radar patrol on Highway 115 near County Road 28 in the Township of Cavan Monaghan when they observed a northbound vehicle exceeding the posted 100km/h speed limit. The vehicle was stopped and as a result of the subsequent investigation, Tyler Cameron; 23 years of age of Peterborough, Ontario was charged with the following:
Section 253(1) (b) Criminal Code of Canada – “Over 80 Mgs.â€Â
Mr. Cameron is to appear at Peterborough Provincial Court on July 17th, 2014.
