(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 22 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Norfolk Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, June 29, 2014, at approximately 7:37 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street North and Union Street, when the patrolling officer was stopped by an alert citizen and informed of a possible impaired driver. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 22 year old Marc-Lehi MILBIN of Brantford, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
