(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating the theft of a snowmobile.
On January 24, 2014 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the OPP attended a residence in the Omemee area in response to the report of a stolen snowmobile.
The snowmobile, a 2005 Yamaha RXW Warrior, red in colour was on a 1978 Ezyloader, double width metal snowmobile trailer bearing Ontario licence number A5047E in front of a residence when it was stolen, sometime overnight.
