(Edwardsburh/Cardinal Township) On November 3 2015, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU), Community Drug Action Team – and members of the Emergency Response team (ERT) executed a Controlled Drug and Substance Search Warrant at a residence in Cardinal.
This resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine (speed) and Cannabis Marihuana Resin (hash).
Sean Alger age 48 and Stephanie Patterson age 36 were arrested and charged with the following:
Possession of Schedule l (methamphetamine) Substance for the purpose of Trafficking, Section 5(2) C.D.S.A.
Possession of Schedule ll (Marihuana Resin), Substance for the purpose of Trafficking, Section 5(2) C.D.S.A
Both were released on a Promise to Appear to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville at a later date.
